AVO 600hp Twin Turbo Kit
The product of thousands or hours of research and development and 34+ years of turbocharging experience, the AVO Power Package is a complete kit that is easy to install thanks to our comprehensive installation guides. Also included in this is AVO's own specially designed high temperature cast manifold, huge bar and plate front mount intercooler, racing BOV, and all necessary aluminum intercooler piping and other necessary pieces. The single-cartridge, dual ball bearing Garrett turbochargers generate far less frictional drag and are 10 times more durable then traditional journal-bearing turbochargers.

| AVO is
very serious about their turbo kits, and spent many months in the deserts
of Dubai testing their kits in some of the hottest temperatures on earth
that has a road to test on. Already at the extremes of temperature, these
were done at the top speed for hours on end, testing the kits for durability
under the most extreme conditions. It was not uncommon for the cars to end
a 2 hour high speed run with the exhaust manifolds glowing red hot! This
testing revealed that no ordinary exhaust manifold would stand up to these
conditions, so AVO created a special blend of alloys to cope. |
 Two
GT30R Garret turbos with original AVO 1 AR exhaust housings are utilized
to great effect. Their max flow working together is capable of up to 1000hp!

| It's not just the exhaust
manifolds that are built to take a beating - the entire system is overbuilt.
Both turbo's working together can flow enough air for 800hp, and much more
power with more exotic mixtures. The huge and well designed bar and plate
front mount intercooler is also over-engineered, also able to handle up
to 800hp of flow. And if you need more, AVO can make it. All this work has
gone into making a streetable 600hp kit that you can even enjoy driving
down to the grocery store! |

The installation
of this kit has been well-researched and thoroughly tested. While it looks
a bit tight under the hood, it all fits underneath a stock hood, with no
obvious clues to the concealed weapon you are carrying!

| Engine
management is via ECU reflash, or you can even choose among other solutions
depending on your final goal. While our kit is designed for 600hp in base
configuration, it is capable of more - much more - allowing you the choice
to go from mild to wild without having to install another turbo kit. If
you want to build the ultimate drag vehicle, just realize you will need
to beef up the bottom end of your engine to take the power this kit can
generate! It starts out with 8psi of boost and can go much higher. The standard fueling system in the GTO is not up to par, so we also supply an upgraded fuel pump and fuel injectors. |

| AVO created this bar
and plate front mount intercooler specifically for the kit. It has very
little pressure drop and allows for much more boost. Cast aluminum endtanks
feed into 4" intercooler piping to ensure as smooth a flow as possible.
Every bit of this kit has been thought through and designed for top performance.

The FMIC was designed
to fit behind the standard bumper beam with only a few modifications necessary.

more was available once the restrictive exhaust was replaced.
